LaTeX Publicity Brochure
LaTeX brochure: A publicity flyer for LaTeX (originally by Peter Flynn) The document is designed as a publicity flyer for LaTeX, but also serves as an interesting showcase of what LaTeX can do. The flyer is designed for printing, double-sided, on A3 paper, which would then be folded once. This version on Overleaf uses the venturis font package in place of the commercial Warnock Pro and Aller fonts. Some minor modifications were done on the original so that the brochure fits on 4 pages.

Creating PocketMods with LaTeX
A PocketMod is an 8-page booklet made from a single side of paper. This means you can recycle papers that's only been written/printed on one side. See PocketMod.com or this video for instructions to fold the PocketMod.
You can use it to create little books, brochures, handouts, daily planners, or just as a quick notepad or doodling sketchpad.
Australian and NZ Industrial and Applied Maths (ANZIAM) Conference Handbook 2016
This is the conference handbook for the ANZIAM 2016 conference, which I attended on behalf of Overleaf as part of their advisor programme.
Whilst there I asked researchers for their thoughts on Overleaf and compiled a top three feature list which you can read about in this blog post.
