This is the template, originally written by Dr. Tom Heinzl, which we use for group projects in the final year of Mathematical Science degrees at the University of Plymouth. I have modified the example to use BibTeX.
This includes packages for good Matlab code formatting, a nice title page, and empty sections that are usually required for CU aerospace reports.

Students from other universities can also use this template for their project/seminar report. This template contains an example of a report so you can edit that as required.
